The acclaimed Michelin Guide finally arrived in Mexico in 2024 and awarded more than 150 restaurants nationwide with 18 Michelin Stars. In the state of Quintana Roo, three establishments received a Star1 after demonstrating mastery in culinary techniques and achieving harmony of flavors in their dishes.
